These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DTLA Professional Services, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Travel Recap ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the TravelRecap.app website, subdomains, browser workflows, and native mobile applications distributed via platform marketplaces (collectively, the "Service").

By opening, executing, modifying routes, or exporting content from the Service, you signify your unreserved compliance with these Terms. If you do not consent to these parameters, do not execute the video deployment framework.

1. Service Philosophy & Guest Open Access

To deliver a clean and streamlined user journey, Travel Recap operates under an "Open App" architecture strategy. You are not required to complete account registration or disclose identity credentials to access basic features, build 3D map journeys, or interact with animation preview loops.

Account creation remains strictly optional and is triggered only if and when a user explicitly initiates commands to permanently save custom dashboard profiles, preserve historical map metrics, or acquire premium feature allocations.

2. Service Allocation Framework (Fair Use Limits)

To support cloud processing infrastructure, usage capacities are structured across distinct service allocation tiers. Free or unauthenticated guest users agree to the following system limitations:

• Render Capping limits: Free exports are capped at a absolute maximum capacity of two (2) video file downloads per rolling 24-hour window. This threshold tracking is evaluated entirely within localized device memory (local storage).
• Milestone Path Caps: Map paths created on the free tier cannot accommodate more than fifteen (15) sequential geographic nodes or destination stops at one time.
• Asset Lock Controls: The integration of localized multimedia waypoint images and personalized brand kits (logo uploads) are disabled on free layers.

3. Subscription Structures, Day Passes, and Billing

Travel Recap provides three distinct premium transaction pathways secured cleanly via independent billing aggregators:

• 24-Hour Day Pass: A one-time purchase of $1.99 granting complete unwatermarked export access for twenty-four (24) continuous hours. This pass expires automatically without recurring cycles.
• Monthly Pro Subscription: A recurring billing profile priced at $4.99 per month, renewing automatically until terminated by the subscriber.
• Annual Pro License: A recurring annual cycle priced at $49.00 per year, providing complete tool accessibility over twelve months.

No Pro-Rata Refunds: Given the instant, automated computational delivery of downloadable MP4 content, all one-time fees, passes, and subscription captures are final and non-refundable. Cancellations of monthly or annual tiers stop future billing increments but do not refund active terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & User Media

The map styles, cinematic tracking logic, vector computations, and interface layouts remain the unique property of Travel Recap and our mapping suppliers (Mapbox).

Content Licensing: When you generate a 3D travel animation video, Travel Recap grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, share, or upload that video file commercially or personally.

User Responsibility & Social Media Audio Disclaimer: You retain sole ownership and liability for any logos or pictures uploaded to waypoints. Travel Recap does not provide background music tracking files. If you choose to overlay background music using post-production tools (like CapCut, TikTok, or Premiere), you are solely responsible for securing valid audio licenses. We are not liable if external social media platforms mute or penalize your content due to unlicensed audio overlays.

5. App Store Marketplace EULAs

Your usage parameters are bounded concurrently by the terms of the marketplaces where the application packages are hosted:

• Apple Distribution: Installations on iOS devices operate as a sub-license under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• Android Distribution: Usage must remain fully compliant with all standard guidelines set forth in the Google Play Developer Distribution agreements.

6. Liability Caps & System Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS DEPLOYED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY NATURE. DTLA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MAP RENDERING ACCURACY, CONSTANT SUBSECOND SERVER RUNTIME AVAILABILITY, OR INSTANT COMPILING VELOCITIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR UNIFIED LIABILITY FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE RENDERER EXCEED THE EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT YOU DIRECTLY CONVEYED TO THE SERVICE DURING THE EXPIRATION PIPELINE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDE THE INCIDENT.

7. Forum and Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with the Travel Recap application are governed completely by the internal laws of the State of California, United States, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any legal enforcement actions must be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located inside Los Angeles County, California.

8. Formal Service Inquiries

To maintain digital protection and ensure tracking accuracy, do not forward primary contract inquiries to open email systems. All formal legal inquiries, account service notices, or cancellation escalations must be logged exclusively and securely through our central support gateway:
